We take data protection seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.
Definitions of terms that may be helpful for your understanding of this data protection declaration can be found in Article 4 GDPR. However, the most important terms are already described here in a clear and understandable way for you.
II. Data Security
We take measures to ensure your data security by using SSL or TLS encryption on our website. You can recognize this encryption by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to Cambio Unlimited cannot be read by third parties. This encryption thus ensures security and protection of the transmission of confidential content.
III. Cookies
This website uses Cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device and perform useful functions.
Some Cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. displaying videos). Other Cookies evaluate user behavior or are required to display advertising.
The technically necessary Cookies, the purpose of which is a flawless electronic communication process or the optimization of the website, may be stored in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR, provided there is no other legal basis. As your website operator, we have a legitimate interest in the storage of Cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of our offer on this website.
In other cases, the use of Cookies is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR. In these cases, your consent will be requested by a consent tool before the Cookies are saved. In this you confirm by ticking which Cookies you allow. The Cookies will only be saved after you have given your consent. Your decision is saved with the help of Cookies. This is necessary in order to make Cookies dependent on your consent in the long term, which we are obliged to do in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. Furthermore, we have a legitimate interest in a practical user interface for querying prior consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
You can revoke your consent at any time via the browser settings. Saving an opt-out Cookie via the following link can also help: https://thenai.org/opt-out/.
These Cookies are stored at the longest until you revoke your consent. You can also use your browser to make further arrangements regarding Cookies. For example, you can exclude the acceptance of Cookies in general or for certain cases, or have Cookies automatically deleted after clicking away the browser. However, these settings may affect the functionality of our website.
In general, a distinction is made between Session Cookies and Permanent Cookies with regard to the storage period. Session Cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent Cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
IV. Type and Scope of Data Collection
The type and scope of the data collected varies depending on your activity on this website. First, we describe what data is collected, for what purpose, and on what legal basis when you:
- visit our website,
- contact us,
- order goods via the online shop, or
- create a customer account.
1. Data Collection when simply using the Website
When you visit our website, we, as the website operator, automatically collect and store general information in so-called Server Log Files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The information collected includes data such as:
• the time of your server request
• the operating system used
• the host name of the accessing computer
• the type of web browser used and the browser version
• the amount of data sent
• the referrer URL and
• your IP address.
This data is collected for the purpose of technically error-free and secure presentation and optimization of our website. Because the Server Log Files are required for this, Cambio Unlimited has a legitimate interest in using them. The legal basis for this is Article 6 I lit. f GDPR.
The data collected is not merged with other data sources. We make no attempt to identify you personally.
The storage period for server log files is generally a maximum of 15 days.
2. Data Collection when you contact us
a. Via E-mail or Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by e-mail, you are regularly sending us data such as your e-mail address, your name and similar information.
This data can be collected and processed for various purposes. If your request is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, the data can be collected for this purpose on the legal basis of Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. If your request has a different content, we want to process your request quickly and effectively within the framework of good customer management. The collection of data for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. If your consent was requested, this can also be the legal basis for the collection of the data mentioned in accordance with Article 6 I lit. a GDPR.
The storage period is therefore also dependent on the individual case. The data you sent to us via contact requests will remain with us until your request has been fully processed or you revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Something else only arises if we are legally obliged to store it for a longer period of time.
b. Review Reminder via Email
The seller cares about customer satisfaction. We therefore use your e-mail address once to ask you to submit a review of your order and our website.
The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, if you have given it. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message.
c. Wix chat
The Wix Chat opens a direct communication channel between the website operators and the website visitors. The Wix. Ltd. (Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel) collects and stores data anonymously to enable live chat and web analytics.
This data is also transmitted to Wix servers in Israel. Data protection in Israel is on a similar level to European standards. This was confirmed by an Adequacy Decision by the EU Commission. Therefore, data transfer to Israel does not require any additional requirements. Wix.com also operates offices in the US (Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94158), so your data may be transferred to the US as well.
Wix Chat sometimes uses Cookies. How you can prevent and delete Cookies in the browser settings is explained in “Section III”.
The purpose of these functions is a close exchange with our potential buyers and an optimization of our online presence. The legal basis for this data collection is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
For more information about your data security at Wix.com, visit: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy.
3. Data collection when ordering via the website
When you place an order, we collect data such as:
• the name of the customer
• the buyer's address
• the buyer's email address, and
• similar information.
The purpose of the recording is the implementation of the purchase contract. The legal basis for the collection of data required for the performance of the contract is Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR.
We also work with third parties for delivery and payment processing. You can find out to what extent data is passed on to third parties under "Section V No. 2".
4. Data Collection when Creating a Customer Account
You can create a customer account to make ordering easier. To do this, you must enter the required data in the online template.
The data entered will be collected by us in order to facilitate future contract processing. In accordance with Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR, this data may be collected and processed by us as a pre-contractual measure.
You can delete your customer account and the data required to set it up at any time via the website, unless the website operator has a legitimate interest in storing the data for a longer period of time.
V. Handling Contact Data (in particular Passing on Data to Third Parties)
1. Hosting by Wix.com
Our website was created using the Wix.com online platform. Wix.com (Israel: 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv; USA: 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94158) is a website building kit company with headquarters in Israel and the United States.
The data collected on this website is stored on Wix.com servers. With offices in Israel and the US, these servers may be located overseas. Data protection in Israel is on a similar level to European standards. This was confirmed by an Adequacy Decision by the EU Commission.
For more information about Wix.com's privacy policy, you can contact the EU representative at Wix Online Platforms Limited (1 Grant's Row, Dublin 2 D02HX96, Ireland).
You can also find more information about your data security at Wix.com at: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy.
2. Order Processing
Both the delivery of the goods to your delivery address and the processing of the payment may make it necessary to pass on personal data that the buyer has entered in the order form (e.g. name, delivery address, payment data) to third parties commissioned by us.
This is necessary to fulfill and process the contract. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR.
a. Delivery
The data required for delivery (including your name and delivery address) will be passed on to the transport company for the purpose of shipment so that we and the transport company can fulfill our contractual obligations.
b. Payment
We only transmit the data required in each case to the respective payment service provider and exclusively for payment processing purposes.
In particular, this data includes information that you entered in the online order form as well as general information about the order.
In the following we name the respective payment service providers to whom we transmit the information mentioned for the purposes described and refer to their respective data protection declarations for a detailed insight.

Data protection in Israel is on a similar level to European standards. This was confirmed by an Adequacy Decision by the EU Commission.
More information about data protection at Wix.com Ltd. can be found at: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy.
VI. Dealing with comments and contributions
Your comments and the associated data (e.g. content, author and time of the comment, your IP address) will be stored and remain on this website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).
The comments are stored with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR or for the purpose of legal prosecution of illegal comments. You can revoke your consent at any time.
VII. Analysis and tracking tools
This website uses analysis and tracking tools.
These collect data such as:
- your IP address,
- your user behavior and
- information about your browser,
to create interest profiles, which may include your age, gender and similar information.
The purpose is to place personalized advertising. According to Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, the legal basis for the use of these services is your consent, if this has been requested separately. You can revoke your consent at any time via the browser settings.
Furthermore, we, as the website operator, as well as third-party providers, have a legitimate interest in using analyzes of user behavior to improve our own offer on the website. The relevant legal basis for this is Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
The specific tools we use are explained in more detail below.
1. Pinterest Retargeting
Our website uses a Pinterest retargeting pixel which is operated by the Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland).
This pixel collects, stores and analyzes anonymous information about the user's web behavior (e.g. which articles were viewed on the website) using Cookies (see “Section III”), and uses this data for later own and third-party advertising interests.
If the user has a Pinterest account, Pinterest can, for example, place personalized advertisements on Pinterest and combine the information collected with data from your Pinterest account for even more precise profiles.
The legal basis for the collection and use of the collected data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time. The storage of Opt-Out Cookies can help here: https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN.
You can find more information about data protection at Pinterest Europe Limited at: https://policy.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy.
2. Pinterest Conversion Tracking Pixel
This website uses conversion tracking technologies. These are provided by the Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland).
A conversion is any action on a website, e.g. buying a product. Pinterest is informed about the activities of users on our website via the conversion tracking pixel and collects this data, which includes the type of action, time of action, IP address and type of browser. This works with the help of Cookies (see “Section III”). With the help of this information, Pinterest can create statistics and thus place interest-based advertising on its own services.
The conversion tracking pixel can be deactivated at any time via your Pinterest account in the settings. Instructions for this can be found at: https://help.pinterest.com/de/article/personalization-and-data#info-ad.
The legal basis for the Pinterest conversion tracker pixel is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.
You can find more information about data protection at Pinterest Europe Limited at: https://policy.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy.
3.Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics. This is a web analytics service operated by the Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address, your user behavior and interest profiles, which may include age, gender and similar information, via Cookies (see “Section III”). The information collected via the Cookie is usually sent to and stored by Google on servers in the USA.
Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with his customers to ensure your data protection in the USA as well. This means that Google has made a written commitment to protect your data in third countries and the scope of the commitment has been approved by the EU Commission.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Cambio Unlimited has a legitimate interest in using analyzes of user behavior to improve its own offering on the website. If there is no legitimate interest, the data collection is based on your previously requested consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO, which you can revoke at any time.
Your data is recorded using IP anonymization so that you cannot be personally identified. This means that the IP addresses of users are generally shortened. The shortening prevents a direct personal identification of the IP address with you. This applies in particular within the EU, the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. However, in individual cases, your IP address may initially be forwarded to the USA in its entirety and only shortened there. A combination of user IP addresses transmitted by the browser with other data stored by Google does not take place.
For more information on how Google Analytics works and data processing, visit: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Information on how you can prevent the collection of data generated by the Cookie and related to your use of the website by Google and the processing of this data by Google can be found in “Section III”.
You can also download and install the browser plugin available under the following link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) or save an Opt-Out Cookie under the following link (https:// thenai.org/opt-out/).
4. Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses the Google Ads Remarketing tool. Google Ads Remarketing is operated by the Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
In remarketing, visitors to a website are marked with a Cookie (see “Section III”) and included in a remarketing list. With the help of this list, it is possible to place individualized advertising again later on the Google search engine or on third-party websites for previous website visitors. Data can also be forwarded to the USA. To protect your privacy in the US too, Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with its customers that have been approved by the EU Commission.
The website visitor is marked with a Cookie by storing the Cookie in your browser. The storage of Cookies by third parties can be prevented via the following link: https://thenai.org/opt-out/.
In addition, the use of Cookies can be managed via the respective device settings. You can find more information about this via: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/1660762#mob.
Google Ads Remarketing also works across devices. A link with other data takes place in particular via the devices on which you are logged in with your Google account. If you want to prevent a link, log out of your Google account before visiting this website. For more information on how Google Ads Remarketing works, visit: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
You can prevent personalized advertising using the following browser plug-in: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996.
According to Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, the legal basis for the use of the service is your consent, which you can revoke at any time.
5. TikTok Pixel
This website uses TikTok pixels from the providers TikTok Technology Limited (10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland) and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited (WeWork, 125 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6NH, UK).
The TikTok pixel makes it possible to understand the user behavior of visitors to the website by collecting information about visitors, their devices and their behavior on the website. This data is transmitted to TikTok and is used for personalized advertising.
The TikTok pixel works by storing Cookies (see “Section III”) in your browser. Data is also forwarded and stored on servers in the USA.
The legal basis is your prior consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.
You can find more information about data protection at TikTok Technology Limited at: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy/de-DE.
VIII. Social Media Plugins
This website uses social media plugins. These enable this website to be linked to your online profiles. This link requires the collection of certain personal data by the operators of the social networks.
Data such as your IP address, the websites you visit and your interactions with the plugins are recorded. Your interactions with the plugins are also shared with your contacts on the social network by the respective network operator. However, Cambio Unlimited points out that we, as the operator of the website, do not have precise knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by the social networks.
In order to prevent your data from being forwarded to the servers of the social networks when you simply visit our website, we use two protection methods for the plugins:
the Shariff- and the 2-Click Method.
With the 2-Click-Method, the plugins only establish a connection between your browser and the servers of the social network when you have activated the respective plugin with a click. By activating this, you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time by deactivating the plugin by clicking again.
With the Shariff-Method, a pure HTML connection is built into the website instead of the typical plugin. Only when you click on this connection will the login mask of the social network be opened in a new browser window and data will be transmitted to the server of the social network. After logging in you can interact with the plugin.
In the following we provide more detailed information on the plugins specifically used by our website.
1. Instagram
Functions of the Instagram service are integrated on this website. These functions are operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland).
In order to be able to make the transmission of data dependent on your consent, we use the Shariff-Method (see “Section VII”) for the Instagram plugin, so that the Instagram login mask is only opened when you click on the HTML connection.
For more information, see Instagram's privacy policy: https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.
The data is stored and analyzed on the basis of Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Cambio Unlimited has a legitimate interest in having the widest possible presence in social media. If a corresponding consent has been obtained, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO, which can be revoked at any time.
2. Facebook (in particular the Like and Share Button)
Plugins from the social network Facebook are integrated on this website. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like button” (“Like”) on this website.
The list and appearance of various Facebook social media plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). According to Facebook, however, the data collected is also transmitted to the USA and other third countries.
Further information can be found in Facebook's data protection declaration at: https://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
Even if you do not have a Facebook account, there is a possibility that Facebook will find out and store your IP address. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to this website with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account. However, this does not exclude the transmission of data to Facebook.
In order to be able to make the transmission of data dependent on your consent, we use the Shariff-Method and the 2-Click-Method (see “Section VII”) for the Facebook plugins.
The Facebook plugins are used on the basis of Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Cambio Unlimited has a legitimate interest in having the widest possible presence in social media. In this way, a greater range can be achieved. If a corresponding consent has been obtained, the processing takes place exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO. Your consent can be revoked at any time.
You can find more information about data protection on Facebook at: https://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/policy/?entry_point=facebook_page_footer.
You can change your settings for advertisements on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
Furthermore, the feature "Custom Audiences with Customer List" is used on this website. This makes it possible to create a target group using data such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers (audience). This data is hashed locally before being forwarded to Facebook so that it can be used to create the audience (hashed data).
You can find more information about Custom Audiences at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/customaudience.
3. Pinterest
This website uses the pinterest.com service. This service is provided by Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland).
The service works via the "Pin it" button on our website. This button informs Pinterest that you have visited our website accordingly. If you are logged in to Pinterest, Pinterest can assign this visit to our website to your Pinterest account and link the data.
To prevent Pinterest from being able to associate your visit to our site with your Pinterest account, you must log out of your Pinterest account before visiting our site.
In order to be able to make the transmission of data dependent on your consent, we use the Shariff-Method (see “Section VII”) for the Pinterest plugin.
The data thus transmitted to Pinterest are stored by Pinterest. For the purpose and scope of the data collection, its processing and use as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, you will find further information in Pinterest's data protection declaration at: http://pinterest.com/about/privacy/.
4. TikTok
This website uses social media plugins from TikTok. These are operated by TikTok Technology Limited (10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin D02 T380, Ireland).
TikTok collects data such as your IP address, applications used, information about your device and other information that is available on your device in the form of Cookies (see “Section III”) and also transmits this data to servers outside the EU.
If you are currently logged in, there is a Cookie with your ID on your end device. This enables TikTok to understand that you have visited the website and how you have used it. By linking to your user account, this data can be used to place personalized advertising.
You can prevent such comprehensive data collection by logging out of your user account before visiting this website and by deleting the Cookies (see “Section III”).
You can find more detailed information on the type and purpose of data collection by TikTok at: https://www.tiktok.com/creators/creator-portal/en-us/tiktok-content-strategy/understanding-your-analytics/.
Further information on data protection by TikTok can be found at: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy/de-DE.
5. YouTube
For a comprehensive experience, we use YouTube videos on the website via a YouTube plugin.
This is operated by the Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The plugin establishes a connection to the YouTube servers in the USA.
The plugin starts YouTube videos using Cookies (see “Section III”). YouTube also collects data about user behavior. If you are logged into your Google account, the data collected will be linked to your account. You can prevent this by logging out.
If you want to prevent YouTube from being able to assign your online activity to you personally, you must first log out of your YouTube account.
The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Article 6 I lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.
You can find more information about data protection at YouTube at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
Google processes your data in the USA. To protect your privacy in the US too, Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with its customers that have been approved by the EU Commission.
6. Google ReCAPTCHA
This website uses the Google ReCAPTCHA tool from the Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Google ReCAPTCHA makes it possible to distinguish whether the website is being used by a natural person or abusively by robots, bots, spam software or similar.
For this purpose, a Java Script element is built into our website, which collects data such as your IP address, browser type, date and the like and analyzes your user behavior. Google uses Cookies for this (see “Section III”).
The collected data is forwarded to Google, which also operates servers in the USA. To protect your privacy in the US too, Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with its customers that have been approved by the EU Commission.
In order to make our website as secure as possible, we have a legitimate interest in using Google ReCAPTCHA in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
For more information on how Google ReCAPTCHA works, visit: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/.
You can find more information about data protection at Google at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&tid=331664782896.
7.Google Translate
This website uses the translation service Google Translate. This function is operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
When using Google Translate, your IP address will be saved and transmitted to Google servers in the USA and saved there. To protect your privacy in the US too, Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with its customers that have been approved by the EU Commission.
Google Translate is used for the purposes of linguistic flexibility on this website for an international audience. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR in a high reach of our website.
You can find more information about data protection from Google at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
8. Web Fonts
The graphically appealing presentation of the website is achieved through the use of Google Web Fonts from the Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Adobe Typekit Web Fonts from Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland).
Data such as your IP address can be transmitted to company servers in the USA. To protect your privacy in the US too, Google includes Standard Contractual Clauses in contracts with its customers that have been approved by the EU Commission.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, in particular the e-mail address, and its further processing for the purpose of sending the newsletter at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The storage period therefore runs until you revoke your consent.
We store the data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter until you have completely finished receiving the newsletter.
After you have finished receiving the newsletter, we may store your e-mail address in a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is only used for this purpose and is not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters, in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. The respective external website operator is therefore liable for the content, correctness and correct use of your data.
